Village veggie patch
In 2010 we ran a pilot box scheme to the villagers of Kings Moss. In 2011 we hope to extend this by getting local villagers in Kings Moss and Crank to grow produce with us on the disused grassland behind houses on Pimbo Road owned by Alan Abbott. We will continue our £5 / £10 boxes once produce is ready and run weekly growing sessions suitable for local children. If you volunteer you will be able to get more produce and we will encourage residents who want choice to pick their own. To get involved in this mini community supported agriculture (CSA) knock at 55 Pimbo Road.
